An Open Letter From Kelly Phillips-Henry, PsyD, MBA, Chief Executive Officer for Mental Health Partners
In light of current events and communications coming from our country’s elected leadership, I am compelled to reinforce the values that guide our organization. We are an organization committed to embracing the vulnerability of human life because we believe in the potential for healing, health and true well-being for individuals. We understand that this work extends to our communities and enhances the social fabric that weaves us together.
We are committed to the principles of respect, dignity, inclusiveness, openness, and receptivity to all persons. Mental Health Partners does not deny services based on a person’s race, color, gender, age, disability, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or national origin.
I invited MHP staff to join me in being mindful of our declared values, listed above, and to look for opportunities to continue to acknowledge their colleagues and with the people they serve. I thank every MHP staff member for their efforts to maintain our care environments as safe, healing environments for all.
