Our Mission: Healing is our purpose • Help is our promise • Health is our passion

Mental Health Partners is a private, non-profit organization that offers many programs and services to people of all ages – infants, children, teens, adults and the elderly. We are the only agency in Boulder and Broomfield counties that provides comprehensive psychiatric services to county residents regardless of their ability to pay. People served by Mental Health Partners generally do not have access to services in the private sector because they cannot afford to pay the significant fees, and most do not have insurance.

Mental Health Partners offers 24 hour emergency psychiatric services and outpatient services for infants, children, adolescents, adults, and families. Many programs and services are available, including school-based programs, substance abuse treatment, rape crisis counseling, advocacy, and education. We also provide bilingual/bicultural services and an in-house pharmacy.

If you are interested in joining our mission driven team, please review our current job openings listed below. Please submit a resume and a cover letter for the position you are applying for via the “Apply Now” link in each job posting. You must individually apply for each job you are interested in; we do not keep an active file for positions which may become available in the future.

Thank you for your interest in employment with Mental Health Partners. If you need any further information regarding employment opportunities with Mental Health Partners please feel free to contact the Human Resources Department at 303-443-8500 or at
