Campaign for Community Well-Being

Support the Campaign for Community Well-Being
The Campaign for Community Well-Being is a Mental Health Partners initiative focused on raising financial support and awareness for key strategies that serve the whole person and the whole spectrum of health that contributes to well-being. Our funding goal is $4.5 million over the next three years, which will help us serve an additional 3,000 community members by 2018. How you can support the Campaign
  • Make a personal charitable contribution that expresses your commitment and passion for our shared vision
  • Share the vision for the campaign with other people in your personal and professional networks
  • Visit the Wellness Center at 1000 Alpine Ave. in Boulder
  • Volunteer with Mental Health Partners
  • Help your loved ones and friends practice whole health and achieve well-being
Ways of Giving to the Campaign
To date, we have raised $1.6 million towards the campaign through individual, corporate, and foundation contributions. Donors may make outright gifts of cash or securities of any amount, make a pledge for up to three years, or make a planned gift. Donors may also establish a named fund in the Mental Health Partners Endowment with a minimum gift/pledge of $25,000. Select naming opportunities for rooms and areas in the new Wellness Center at 1000 Alpine Ave. in Boulder are also available.
