Assessment

Centralized assessment and disposition for people seeking mental heath and/or substance abuse services.  Appointments are made by contacting 303-443-8500. Dispositions are determined by clinical need and client expectations for treatment.

 

Disaster Response Coordination

Provides coordination of all activities related to the provision of behavioral health support in partnership with other community agencies and organizations in response to emergency and disaster situations.

 

Intervention/Prevention Program

School-based, mental health and substance abuse prevention and early intervention services in Boulder Valley School District middle and high schools. This program is a partnership program with the City of Boulder, Boulder County Public Health, Department of Housing and Human Services and the Boulder Valley School District.

 

Moving to End Sexual Assault (MESA)

Trained clinicians and volunteers provide 24-hour crisis intervention, information, advocacy, treatment and support for survivors of sexual assault. Additionally the team provides sexual assault and harassment prevention education for youth and adults.  Mental Health Partners is grateful to the City of Boulder, Housing and Human Services Department for its financial support and assistance.
