IMPACT - Integrated Managed Partnership for Adolescent Community Treatment

A collaborative program based on a cooperative arrangement to blend staff, resources and funding between partner agencies.  IMPACT works with children and adolescents who are at imminent risk of, or are transitioning from, out-of-home placement, psychiatric hospitalization, or commitment in youth corrections.  The primary focus is to provide community and family-based services for youth and families as an alternative to placing youth in institutional settings.  Learn more at our website:  http://www.bouldercountyimpact.org/
