Support Group for Friends and Loved Ones of Sexual Assault Survivors, starting Oct. 31st

This 6-week support group is for partners and friends that support survivors of sexual assault. The intent of this group is to create a more cohesive unit around primary survivors while providing healing for family and friends.

  • When: Wednesday nights from 5:30-7:00pm (Oct. 31 – Dec. 12; no class week of Thanksgiving)
  • Where: MESA, 1455 Dixon Ave. in Lafayette (suite 210)
  • Suggested Donation: $10 per session

MESA Cooking Group: Nov. 14th

This is an open group for baking, cooking, and meeting new people in a safe setting. All skill levels welcome!

We’ll be preparing for the holidays by making no-bake pumpkin cookies! All supplies are provided.

Trauma-Informed Drop-In Yoga Classes, through Nov. 19th

Traumatic stress manifests in the body and mind. Yoga and mindfulness practices can be used as a tool to manage stress and facilitate healing.

This 10-week yoga series is for survivors of any type of trauma. Benefit from movement of body and breath and connect with others in a safe and supportive setting. No prior experience with yoga or trauma therapy required.

  • When: Monday nights from 4:30-5:45pm, through Nov. 19th
  • Where: Bodywork Bistro, 3825 Iris Ave. #300, in Boulder

Support Group for Young Women and Girl-Identified Survivors of Sexual Violence (ages 15-18)

This 6-week support group is for young women and girl-identified survivors of sexual violence, ages 15-18.

Learn about the impact of trauma and how to cope after trauma. Explore your identity, find resources, rebuild trust in your relationships, and consider what safety looks like during healing.

  • When: Tuesday nights from 5:30-7:00pm (Jan. 8th – Feb. 12th)
