Announcement Regarding Mental Health Partners’ Broomfield Relocation

We would like to inform our community that Mental Health Partners (MHP) is planning to relocate by October 1, 2019 from the City and County of Broomfield Health and Human Services (HHS) Building, located on 100 Spader Way.

The City and County of Broomfield, after reviewing results of the 2018 Citizen Survey and Community Health Assessment, has decided to expand additional access for behavioral health services to Broomfield residents by inviting Community Reach Center (CRC), another regional Community Mental Health Center in Colorado to use space in their Health and Human Services building that is currently occupied by Mental Health Partners.

The City and County of Broomfield already has a working relationship with Community Reach Center, as it is the Community Mental Health Center that serves primarily Adams County and they also provide contracted services to the Broomfield justice system in the 17th Judicial District.

In late May, MHP met with the City and County of Broomfield Department of Health and Human Services to discuss this decision, with MHP agreeing that we would vacate the County HHS building on Spader Way by October 1, 2019.

Until this planned move, our long-standing skilled and experienced clinicians and support staff in Broomfield will continue to serve clients at the HHS building. MHP’s leadership team and our Broomfield Leadership are currently working on creating an orderly transition plan to a new location that will create the least disruption to our clients, staff and the Broomfield Community. Quality client care remains of utmost importance to MHP, and we are committed to our Broomfield residents who rely on our mission and vision, as well as our team to provide value to the community through the breadth of behavioral health services.

For the past three years, MHP staff have called the HHS building their home and have enjoyed working alongside City and County of Broomfield Health and Human Services staff in a collaborative fashion. Because of this longstanding relationship, this transition is met with a measure of sadness, but we are also committed and excited about exploring new location options in Broomfield that provide room for the expansion of our team, programs and services offered to all Broomfield residents.

As more information about the transition plan becomes finalized, we will provide details to the community via our website: If you have questions about this relocation, please contact Jen Leosz, VP of Clinic Care at Media inquiries can be directed to Kristina Shaw, Marketing Director/Public Information Officer at
