Jennifer Ramirez is a Community Health Worker at MHP. She specializes in working with community members who are experiencing homelessness and housing instability. Jennifer is certified in Mental Health First Aid, QPR, and ASIST. A longtime resident of Broomfield County, single mother of three, and active volunteer, she is passionate about making a difference in her community.
