Make a Difference

Of the 360,000 residents of Boulder and Broomfield counties, it’s estimated that more than 60,000 individuals suffer with a form of mental illness. However, many of these residents don’t seek care from a mental health and addiction recovery center because of stigma, fear, or lack of resources. Thanks to donor support and partnerships with local organizations, MHP is able connect with all members of the community and provide immediate access to expert mental health and addiction recovery care so people can enjoy healthy and fulfilling lives.

As a 501(c)(3), nonprofit organization, we rely on community support to help us provide convenient, affordable, and accessible mental health and addiction recovery services to individuals and families in Boulder and Broomfield counties. Your support is appreciated and valued!

Help Save Lives

You-CAN Campaign

You can help save lives by making NARCAN and fentanyl test strips more readily available throughout Broomfield and Boulder counties. You can help MHP raise $60,000 to develop a broad network of vending machines and kiosks where people can get kits at no cost.  The more people who have access to NARCAN, the more lives that can be saved.

Welcome Home Kits

Support previously unhoused MHP clients as they settle into new homes. These kits provide essential supplies needed for cleaning, hygiene, and everyday life.

You Are Home Fund

Recently-housed MHP clients typically enter an empty living space. By contributing to this fund, you can help make a house a “home” by allowing us to provide a bed, dresser, table, chairs, and other essential furniture for clients.

You-CAN Fund

You can help MHP combat fatal fentanyl overdoses. Help us increase the availability of the life-saving drug NARCAN (Naloxone) at no cost to residents throughout the greater Boulder-Broomfield region.

24/7 Crisis Walk-In Center

Our Crisis Center, located at 3180 Airport Road in Boulder, is open 24 hours, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. It is staffed by mental health professionals trained to help people in distress. No appointments are needed for this no-cost community service.

Moving to End Sexual Assault (MESA)

MESA is the only sexual violence resource center serving Boulder County. For the last 50 years, MESA has provided support and services to survivors of sexual violence.

Suicide Prevention Trainings

MHP strives to educate our communities about suicide prevention. Help us provide expert training to as many people and organizations as possible through courses such as Question, Persuade, and Refer (QPR) and more.
