Rich Williams

Rich works primarily with older adults and spent several years of his career as a medical social worker within various nursing homes. He has been trained in multiple trauma modalities including EMDR, Flash and CBT. He leads PTSD skills and support groups, substance abuse counseling and support groups, and DBT skills groups. In his college days, he handled visits and calls for crisis centers.

Rich has been active in the community as a board member of NASW-CO, Interfaith Network for Mental Health, Interface-Boulder and other mental health supporting community and professional organizations.  He has made presentations to a number of local groups in the community on trauma reactions and recovery to the community and provided training to nursing home staffs.
