Annette is passionate about spreading awareness and readiness within our communities to support each other through challenging times, particularly by bringing mental health training to youth. For her, every training is an opportunity to learn and grow together by sharing wisdom and experience to the benefit of the entire community, while building trust and confidence in our own abilities. Outside of work, Annette enjoys the awe of nature, the resonance of music, the depth of laughter, the warmth of spending time with family, and the nourishment of a company of friends.
