Are you or a loved one experiencing a mental health crisis?

Our 24/7 Walk-In Crisis & Addiction Services Center is always open. Get confidential, immediate, in-person support, information, and referrals. This Center is always available to those in need of direct services or those seeking to help engage another person in services, whether the crisis is related to substance use, mental health, or both.

Where is MHP located?

What are MHP’s hours?

Our hours vary depending on the location. We recommend visiting our Locations page to see the most up-to-date hours of your preferred MHP facility.

If you or a loved one are experiencing a mental health crisis, you can access immediate, in-person 24/7 Crisis Services any time, day or night. You can also contact the National Crisis Lifeline by dialing or texting 988, or the Colorado Crisis Line at 1-844-493-8255 (or text “TALK” to 38255).

When is MHP closed?

Aside from our 24/7 Walk-In Crisis Center which always remains open to serve individuals who are experiencing a mental health crisis, most of our locations and facilities are closed on weekends (Saturday and Sunday) – as well as the following holidays:

Thanksgiving Day

How do I reschedule an appointment?

All MHP clients should receive a monthly statement sent to the mailing address they have on file. Our Billing & Customer Service team is available to assist you Monday – Friday, from 7:30am-4:30pm. This team can help you make a payment, set up a payment plan, apply for financial assistance, and answer any billing questions you may have.
