Why Work at MHP?

At Mental Health Partners, we believe that the work we do every day is more than a job, it’s a mission. Everyone at MHP – the Board of Directors, Executive Team, licensed clinicians, and support team members – works together to provide essential whole-person care and support to those who would not otherwise have access to life-changing resources.

In order to better serve our clients, colleagues, and community, we are committed to investing in our team by offering a comprehensive benefits program, great compensation packages, and ample professional development opportunities.

Student Loan Repayment

Student loan debt can be overwhelming, which is why we are committed to helping our employees pay down this debt through direct monthly contributions.

Health, Dental & Vision Insurance

We provide comprehensive healthcare plans through Kaiser Permanente and Cigna. All plans provide 100% coverage for preventative care. We also provide dental coverage through Delta Dental and vision coverage through Mutual of Omaha.

Health Savings Account

MHP automatically contributes to your HSA to help offset out-of-pocket healthcare costs for those enrolled in a High Deductible Health Plan (HDHP).

Tuition Reimbursement

Eligible employees may receive tuition reimbursement as they pursue completion of undergraduate and graduate level degree programs and specialized certification programs.

Retirement/IRA Matching

MHP’s retirement matching program allows you to set aside more money for retirement. We offer both pre- and posttax contribution options. We will match 50% of the first 10% you contribute each pay period.

Employee Assistance Program

Employee assistance is provided confidentially to all employees and their household members.  Through this program, you can obtain mental health services, financial planning advice, legal support, and more.

Employee Referral Bonus

Eligible employees may receive a referral bonus for recommending a viable candidate which leads to a successful hire, ranging from $300 to $1,500.

Licensure & Professional Development

Our priority is to retain top talent by ensuring employees are supported to further their career. We support continued employee education and development by providing or sponsoring activities to benefit staff.

PTO & Paid Holidays

MHP provides paid time off to support employee wellness and work/life balance. Employees are encouraged to take advantage of vacation days, personal days, sick leave, and 10 paid holidays.

Free RTD EcoPass

Through our EcoPass benefit program, MHP staff can ride for free on all RTD buses, shuttles, and trains.

Short & Long-Term Disability

In the event of critical illness or injury, MHP offers several disability insurance options to help compensate for lost income. Shortterm and long-term disability replaces a portion of your pre-disability weekly earnings.

Employee Discount Program

MHP employees receive special discounts at many local retail providers, rec centers, gyms, and more.

Life Insurance

Basic life insurance coverage with the option to purchase family coverage and additional voluntary coverage is also available.

Flexible Spending Accounts

Medical and dependent care spending accounts are available. Contributions are made on a pretax basis and may be used to reimburse eligible medical or dependent care expenses.

Paid Administrative Leave

Mental Health Partners provides up to 5 paid days off per calendar year in the event of a death in an employee’s family or for jury duty.

Wellness in the Workplace

At MHP, we believe that we can only help achieve wellness for our community by achieving wellness for every member of our team. We believe that our colleagues deserve to be treated with compassion and humility. We accomplish this by offering hybrid work options (when appropriate), as well as frequent wellness opportunities and activities (such as yoga).

Join a Talented, Diverse Team

We believe that our organization and community is made stronger by the unique experiences, backgrounds, and perspectives each of us brings to the table, which is why we continue to expand our growing bilingual/bicultural workforce. Our goal is to create a work environment where each person’s unique strengths can shine, where individuals are encouraged to be their authentic selves in a safe space, and where every team member feels empowered to provide honest feedback regardless of their seniority or position.
