Why Work at MHP?
At Mental Health Partners, we believe that the work we do every day is more than a job, it’s a mission. Everyone at MHP – the Board of Directors, Executive Team, licensed clinicians, and support team members – works together to provide essential whole-person care and support to those who would not otherwise have access to life-changing resources.
In order to better serve our clients, colleagues, and community, we are committed to investing in our team by offering a comprehensive benefits program, great compensation packages, and ample professional development opportunities.
Join a Talented, Diverse Team
We believe that our organization and community is made stronger by the unique experiences, backgrounds, and perspectives each of us brings to the table, which is why we continue to expand our growing bilingual/bicultural workforce. Our goal is to create a work environment where each person’s unique strengths can shine, where individuals are encouraged to be their authentic selves in a safe space, and where every team member feels empowered to provide honest feedback regardless of their seniority or position.
