Individual, Group and Family Therapy
Individual, Group and Family Therapy services are available at all of Mental Health Partners behavioral health hubs. Our staff are equipped with bilingual resources to accommodate Spanish-speaking individuals. Learn more about our modalities
Supportive Counseling
Targeted Case Management (coming soon)
Targeted Case Management services help individuals with serious and persistent mental illness gain access to medical, social, educational, vocational and other necessary services connected to the person’s mental health needs.
Peer Support (coming soon)
Our Peer Support program is designed to help clients in all stages of recovery. We have first-hand experience with mental illness and the challenges that come with it. Despite those challenges we have come to know the reality of wellness. We believe recovery is possible for everyone and our hope is to reach out to our peers. Our Peer Support Specialists help clients develop their own recovery by recognizing personal strengths and setting goals. As clients, we too have gone through this process and now share a unique empathy and perspective.
Psychoeducation (coming soon)
Psychoeducation refers to the process of providing education and information to those seeking or receiving mental health services, such as people diagnosed with mental health conditions (or life-threatening/terminal illnesses) and their family members.
Psychiatric Services (coming soon)
Psychiatric Services focus on the diagnosis, treatment and prevention of mental, emotional and behavioral disorders. A psychiatrist is a medical doctor (an M.D. or D.O.) who specializes in mental health, including substance use disorders. Psychiatrists are qualified to assess both the mental and physical aspects of psychological problems.
Nursing Support (coming soon)
If you or a loved one requires mental health nursing in Boulder County, Mental Health Partners care can provide the skilled, compassionate and respectful nursing care you need. Our team of registered nurses and skilled mental healthcare professionals will work with you and your doctor to help you identify and select the most appropriate treatment options. We have the understanding, expertise and resources to take charge of the situation and coordinate all of your care.

Meet Our Team

Dana Pham, MSW
Behavioral Health Professional
Dana conducts intake assessments, provides brief interventions and counseling, and assists those looking for extra support and wanting to share their story. Her clinical experience includes work with adolescents, adults, older adults, voluntary, court-mandated, substance use, anger management, batterer’s intervention, and mental health clients. She utilizes different modalities in therapy including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), and motivational interviewing (MI). She also provides psychoeducation on symptoms, diagnoses, and other clinical information. Dana is excited to work with the beautiful Nederland community and assist in any way she can.

Ari Goodman
Client Services Advisor
As a mountain resident in the Peak-to-Peak area for 6 years, Ari’s work has focused on human services and nonprofits in the Nederland area. She provides targeted case management, as well as helps individuals with supportive therapy, access to local resources, and SSDI benefit applications. Ari graduated from Oakland University in Rochester Hills, Michigan, with a BA degree in Criminal Justice with a concentration in corrections and treatment. Prior to MHP, she worked with individuals with disabilities, as well as with youth in temporary home placements and outdoor recreation programs.

Chelsey LaForge
Peer Support Specialist
Chelsey provides support for others in their mental health journey through shared understanding, respect, and mutual empowerment while helping them become and stay engaged in their personal recovery process. Her goal is to serve as a positive role model and offer hope to others, demonstrating through her own lived experience that recovery is possible. Chelsey began her own journey toward mental health through art therapy in 2017. She is a local resident in Nederland, where she has enjoyed volunteering for non-profits like Carousel of Happiness and The Backdoor Theatre. In her free time, Chelsey enjoys spending time with her family, seeing live music, and dancing on her roller skates.
