In alignment with our mission to make mental health care more accessible and affordable for all, we accept Medicaid, Medicare, and most private (commercial) insurance providers. We also offer financial assistance to uninsured/underinsured clients who are eligible based on income.

Who do you serve?

Clinica Family Health & Wellness provides medical, dental, and mental health care to people of all ages in Adams, Boulder, Broomfield, and Gilpin counties. As a Federally Qualified Health Center, our mission is to support individuals and families who are uninsured or enrolled in Medicaid/Medicare. Through compassionate, culturally responsive care, we seek to improve health outcomes in the communities we serve.

Do I have to be a client to get help?

While some programs and services are only available to our clients who have completed the registration process, we also provide free, in-person support for anyone who is experiencing a mental health crisis at our 24/7 Crisis Center. You do not have to be a client – or even a Colorado resident – to receive immediate, expert care and resources at no cost. All are welcome.

We also offer a wide range of cost-covered and low-cost trainings, activities, and resources for the public. Visit our Community page page for a list of upcoming events and trainings.

What if I don’t live in your service area?

While we primarily serve individuals and families in Adams, Boulder, Broomfield, and Gilpin counties, we also accept clients from elsewhere in Colorado. Clinica Family Health & Wellness is part of a network of community health providers across the state and we strongly believe in the value of local support. This network of community health centers and mental health centers provide essential health care services and support to the communities in their regions.

What services do you provide?

As both a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) and a certified Community Mental Health Center (CMHC), Clinica Family Health & Wellness offers a wide range of physical, dental, and behavioral health services - including holistic outpatient mental health and substance use recovery services for individuals and families. We recognize many factors can affect someone's mental wellness – such as their financial health, stable housing and employment, social connections, healthcare access, and more. To treat the whole person, we provide wrap-around support and treatment to help address these and other factors.

In addition to traditional mental health services like individual, family, and group therapy, our clients have access to financial planning, housing assistance, resource navigation, vocational/employment support, specialty acute care programs, targeted case management, peer support, health and wellness coaching, and much more.
