Auricular acupuncture uses points on the external ear to balance the body’s energy and assist healing.

Acupuncture in the ear is an alternative treatment that may help with stress reduction, insomnia, anxiety, depression, and overall wellness. This service is offered every Tuesday from 11am-12pm in a quiet, relaxed group setting.

Trauma-Informed Massage Therapy

Massage therapy can promote health and well-being by providing relief from physical, emotional, and mental stress. It has been known to help decrease levels of depression, anxiety, and irritability,

Trauma-informed massage therapy will be available on Tuesdays starting October 8th. Stacey Anyzeski, LMT, will have (3) 60-minute sessions available between 3:30pm-7:00pm.

Trauma-informed Yoga Classes for Adults

Traumatic stress manifests in the body and mind. Yoga and mindfulness practices can be used as a tool to manage stress and facilitate healing.

Benefit from movement of body and breath and connect with others in a safe and supportive setting. This yoga class is for survivors of any type of trauma. No prior experience with yoga or trauma therapy required.

Yoga Skills Group for Adults

This 12-week group is for primary survivors of sexual violence. Meet weekly to share support with other survivors; gain a greater understanding of how trauma affects the mind, body, and spirit; and learn how to manage difficult thoughts and feelings in a safe space.

All Gender Teen Support Group for Survivors of Sexual Violence

1455 Dixon Ave. in Lafayette (Suite 210) | Thursdays, 5:30-7 pm (Starting Jan. 6th – Feb. 13th)

Suggested Donation: $10 per session| Facilitated By: Elise Matatall, LCSW

This 6-week support group is for survivors of sexual violence, all genders, ages 15-18. Learn about the impact of trauma and how to cope after a traumatic event. Explore your identity, find resources, build trusting relationship, and consider what safety looks like during healing.

This discussion group is for partners, friends and family that support survivors of sexual violence. In this group we will learn to create a more cohesive unit around survivors, and work on finding our own journey to healing.
