Alix Zabin

As a former Intern, Alix was drawn to continue counseling on a team that prioritizes integrated care and believes that physical and mental health are intertwined. She loves supporting children, teens, and adults from all walks of life and also enjoys working with monolingual Spanish-speaking clients. In her work with clients, Alix includes aspects of nature-based therapy, Solution-focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and more. She also believes in the power of therapeutic humor and emphasizes person-centered care. When she's not working, she loves spending time doing any activity outside, reading, and writing to her pen-pals.
