Allen Russell
Allen is a Care Coordinator with a proven track record of supporting individuals through critical life transitions. He specializes in bridging gaps between mental health services, criminal justice systems, and community resources to empower vulnerable populations. After a brief stint as a software developer, Allen returned to community mental health, reaffirming his passion for human-centered work. He is currently designing and developing an Electronic Health Record system to improve care delivery. Beyond his professional life, Allen is an active musician—a drummer, guitarist, singer, and music teacher—who performs locally across genres ranging from Jazz to Classic Rock to CowPunk. As an advocate for music therapy, he believes in the transformative power of music as a tool for healing and regularly engages in drum circles to foster connection and well-being.
