Ashley Fehrer
Ashley supports teens and adults navigating anxiety, trauma, interpersonal conflict, suicidal ideation, self-harm, and substance use. Her therapeutic style is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in curiosity. Ashley believes meaningful change happens when people feel heard, respected, and supported, and she strives to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where individuals can explore their experiences openly. Ashley draws from evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT). She utilizes these approaches to help individuals build practical coping skills, develop greater self-awareness, and work toward goals that align with their values. Outside of work, Ashley enjoys spending time with her dog, traveling, and paddling.
