Brandon has extensive professional experience working with people of all ages and is especially interested in working with teens and young adults. He is dedicated to mentoring the individuals and teams he leads as well as supporting community members. Brandon guides people in exploring their inner worlds of light and shadow as he empowers them in understanding how environments and society shape individual experiences. With a strong passion for communication, social justice, conflict navigation, and growth, Brandon focuses on the needs that underlie behavior, moving beyond labels toward sustainable, life-serving change. He is deeply committed to helping individuals and groups reach their full potential and is grounded in life's interconnectivity as he supports community-driven healing. Outside of work, Brandon enjoys music, time with friends and family, reading, and hiking.
