Courtney Dewar
Courtney is a dual-licensed clinician with almost a decade of experience in community mental health. Additionally, Courtney is a certified Yoga Therapist, has completed many hours of training for trauma-informed theoretical approaches such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and has thoroughly trained in modalities specific for addressing suicidality. Courtney’s approach to therapy is that in order to heal the whole person, we have to get the whole person involved in therapy. Courtney invites clients to be curious about their brain-body-soul connection and its impact on their ability to function. Courtney enjoys utilizing various approaches to help the healing process. Courtney spends most of her free time with her dog, hiking in the mountains, camping, running, or paddleboarding.
