Deb Clark

Deb has worked in direct client care as a Case Manager, Benefits Specialist, Care Coordinator, and currently a Health and Wellness Coach – totaling a collective 20+ years on our team. As a Longmont transplant from New York, she is thrilled to serve her community and give back each day to her clients. Aiding clients in connecting with their community and cultivating a healthy life. In her free time, she is found spending time with friends either on or in the water and enjoying live music.
