Gauri Arora
Gauri earned her bachelor's degree in psychology from the University of Colorado Boulder and her master's degree in clinical mental health counseling from Regis University. She has experience working with adolescents and adults in both individual and group settings, supporting clients navigating depression, anxiety, grief, relationship challenges, and trauma. Grounded in a trauma-informed approach, Gauri creates a compassionate, authentic space where clients feel heard and valued. She emphasizes empathy, genuineness, and unconditional positive regard, believing healing unfolds when honoring the whole person: mind, body, and spirit. Gauri integrates mindfulness, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to build practical skills for emotional regulation, relationships, and life’s challenges. Inspired by Colorado’s outdoors, Gauri values presence and walks alongside clients toward growth and healing.
