Hanna first joined our team as an intern and is now a therapist. Hanna integrates a range of evidence-based therapeutic approaches to meet the unique needs and goals of her clients. Therapy is a collaborative process and Hanna values working alongside clients to build insight, self-compassion, acceptance, and practical skills and tools that support wellness and recovery. She is also strongly committed to providing trauma-informed, LGBTQIA+ affirming, and neurodivergent-affirming care, prioritizing emotional safety while honoring clients’ intersecting identities and lived experiences. Her work focuses on helping clients identify and address barriers, strengthen and leverage existing resources, and foster stability and improved overall well-being. After living in several other states, Hanna found her way to Colorado and enjoys exploring the Rocky Mountains with her family and photographing wildlife.
