Kaelan Bradley
In previous roles as a Community Health Worker and Harm Reduction Specialist, Kaelan provided direct support to individuals navigating substance use, mental health, and systemic barriers to care. She conducted outreach, connected clients to medical and behavioral health services, and other essential community resources. Her work emphasized meeting individuals where they are, reducing stigma, and building trusting relationships grounded in respect and dignity. Through advocacy and care coordination, Kaelan supported clients in making informed decisions about their health. She is passionate about community mental health because it increases access to care and supports individuals who have historically faced barriers to treatment. In her free time, Kaelan enjoys spending time in the mountains.
