Sandy Black
Sandy is passionate about helping people see what is possible in their lives. Her therapeutic approach is rooted in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to help clients change unhelpful thinking and behaviors. After more than 25 years helping organizations utilize technology to improve performance, Sandy leveraged this experience in creating mental health and wellness classes to support and promote mental health in the workplace. Sandy is a Behavioral Health Professional for our Integrated Health Home (IHH) at locations in Boulder and Lafayette, where she works with adults with chronic co-occurring mental and physical health conditions. In her free time, Sandy loves white water rafting with her family, paddle boarding, and hiking.
