Sarah joined our Longmont Child & Family Services team in September 2024, after moving to Longmont from Cleveland, Ohio. She has her Licensed Professional Counselor endorsement in Colorado. Sarah has been working with children and adolescents in the mental health field since 2015 and has been a licensed counselor since 2021. Her approach to working with clients and their families combines a person-centered lens with evidence-based practices, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). Sarah is passionate about helping her clients and families navigate difficult mental health situations and is honored to be a part of their support network. Outside of work, Sarah enjoys hiking, painting, and spoiling her cat, Jasper.
