Sonia Rodriguez
Sonia has been in the mental health field as a Registered Nurse since 2017. She previously worked in inpatient and residential levels of care, specifically with teens, children, and individuals experiencing eating disorders. Sonia also worked in a pediatric intensive care unit for 25 years. Sonia practices empathy by listening to clients and showing curiosity about their lives. She is kind and respectful, practices cultural competence and awareness, and leads by example. Sonia treats everyone with dignity, respect, and helps them become the best version of themselves. Sonia is passionate about helping clients reach their goals and live a better life. This, she believes, helps to build a more resilient community and grow into a better society. Outside of work, Sonia enjoys hiking, reading, cooking, listening to music, and spending quality time with her husband, four kids, and friends.
